Refund Policy

DiviGeo offers non-tangible irrevocable goods that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made.

We only grant the refunds for some specific cases.

The products we provide are digital downloads and we cannot limit their usage after download. Therefore, a refund will only be considered, within 7 days after the purchase date.

The customer, however, need to request for our official support first. We always try our best to solve issues related to our products/services for our customers and will surely issue a refund if we fail to help the customer resolve them.

Every theme sold on has a fully functional “live demo ” which can be tested and documentation which shows how our products works.

We will be happy to consider offering a refund provided that:

You are within 7 days of the date of purchase.
You have sen a support request and gave us all the information we needed to try to resolve your issue.
We have not been able to resolve issues related to our products/services.
The refund will NOT be granted if:

The 7 days refund period after the purchase has passed.
You haven’t sent any help request and simply ask for the refund after the purchase.
Issues are caused by main script/framework, 3rd party addons or other software.
You can’t install or have issues with main script/framework, 3rd party addons or other software.
